The Canadian International School (CIS), established in 1996, offers a world-class education to students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12. Our focus on nurturing, challenging, and empowering, well-rounded individuals with strong social, physical, and intellectual skills set us apart. As a place of learning, we offer internationally recognized curricula and experienced faculty that engage a diverse student body of over 35 nationalities.

Our achievements include being the first IB DP school in Bangalore, the first 1:1 iPad school in South India, the first school in India to operate entirely on solar power, and we earned the distinction of being the first Apple Distinguished School in India, by Apple Inc., for our innovation and integration of technology in education.

Canadian International School, established in 1996, was the first school in Bangalore to introduce the IB Diploma program in grades 11 and 12. The school uses 100% solar energy for all its electricity requirements and is the first carbon neutral school in Bangalore. In 2011, CIS introduced 1:1 iPad integrated teaching and learning and today, CIS is a leading school at the forefront of technology in education!
