Shankar Sastri

Shankar Sastri is a first generation entrepreneur and Joint Managing Director of Sterling Developers (P) Ltd, a Real Estate Development Company on the Bengaluru Landscape since 1983. At Sterling Developers, he directs the Sales and Marketing initiatives pairing strategic acumen with Industry insight. Abreast with innovation across Media and Information Technology, he ensures growth objectives are achieved. Mr Sastri graduated from Bombay University, having studied at the prestigious R. A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics. Born in Mumbai, he moved residence to Bengaluru in 1982.  

Mr. Sastri is the Past President of Credai Karnataka. He is the currently the Mentor of Credai Karnataka and Co - Chairman, Constitutional Advisory Council Committee at Credai National. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is an apex body of private real estate developers.
