Opportunities

CIS is always looking for thoughtful, collaborative, and student-centered individuals to join our team in both teaching and non-teaching roles. As part of our community, you’ll contribute to an environment that nurtures curiosity, challenges growth, and empowers every learner.

Teaching Position Application Requirements

All CIS faculty must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and a recognized teaching certification in their area of instruction. Certifications must be recognized by state or national authorities. Candidates who are currently on a pathway toward certification may also be considered.

For Indian nationals: A B.Ed., or a Bachelor’s degree paired with a professional teaching certification from a valid institution totaling at least 36 credit hours of study. Short-term courses (100–400 hours) are not considered certifications.

For international faculty: A Bachelor’s degree plus a valid teaching certification for the relevant role. Certifications may be issued by state or national entities. Some qualifications, such as TTC and PTC, may also be considered.

If you wish to apply for an open role in the upcoming school year, please submit a cover letter, résumé, and five supervisor references, along with scanned copies of your degrees and certifications, to Ms. Annie Eugene, HR Manager, at jobs@cisb.org.in.

You may also visit International Schools Services (ISS) for current listings and to apply.
