Learning outside of the classroom walls is as important as learning within its walls. CIS offers a variety of programs in order to support the learning beyond the classroom, and not just the academics. Athletics and Activities
Discover the joy of athletics and extracurricular activities at CIS! Our Athletics and Activities programs offer a balanced approach to learning both inside and outside the classroom, allowing students to showcase their abilities and learn critical skills.
After School Activities
CIS offers a variety of after-school activities for students of all ages, including soccer, basketball, theater, art, karate, and capoeira for Elementary students, and dedicated practice and training sessions for CIS Sports Teams for Middle and High School students.

Experiential Learning
Our Experiential Learning (EL) program offers students create hands-on learning opportunities where students apply classroom learning in the real world. Working with nearby craftsmen, learning organic gardening, or partnering with nearby science research centers are just some of our past and ongoing projects.
Student Council
Student leadership presents a valuable opportunity for students to engage with the CIS community and serve as advocates for their peers. At CIS, student council leadership positions are all filled through the general election. These elected officials play a crucial role in representing student voices and shaping the direction of our school.
